1. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old to purchase a ticket, create an account, or attend a Krosly event. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Event Tickets & Payment

Tickets are sold on a per-event basis and are subject to availability and our ratio-balancing system, which may place you on a waitlist rather than immediately confirming your seat. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment processor.

All ticket sales are final. If you are unable or choose not to attend an event you've purchased a ticket for, no refund will be issued. If Krosly cancels an event, all ticket purchases for that event will be refunded in full.

3. Entry Requirements & Verification

Entry to a Krosly event requires a valid QR code, issued only after you complete your event profile and upload a selfie taken directly through your phone's camera, not uploaded from your photo library, during the verification window (available starting 3 hours before the event and remaining open through the end of the event). We reserve the right to deny entry to anyone who fails to complete verification.

4. The Krosly Code

By attending a Krosly event, you agree to conduct yourself respectfully toward other attendees and staff ("Wings"). Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation: stalking; ignoring another attendee's expressed boundaries, including a White wristband; disrespecting attendees or Wings; and getting upset or pushy when another attendee doesn't share your views, whether directly or by ignoring the Universal Exit Phrase.

Krosly staff, in their sole discretion, may warn, eject, or permanently ban any attendee who violates this Code. Ejection under this section does not entitle you to a refund.

5. Paid In-App Features

Wing Intro is an optional, paid feature that connects you with a Wing for a facilitated introduction, currently priced at $6.00 per use, charged through our third-party payment processor at the time of request. This charge is non-refundable once the Wing Intro has been fulfilled.

6. The Lounge & Membership

Access to the Lounge (our digital connection feature) is offered to registered Krosly members and unlocks on a per-region basis once that region reaches a minimum threshold of interest. Lounge access is not included with a Pop-Up event ticket purchased via guest checkout.

7. User Content

By submitting photos, prompts, or other profile content, you grant Krosly a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display that content within the Service for the purpose of operating the connection and event features. You represent that you own or have the right to submit any content you provide, including any content submitted on your behalf by friends or family through the AI Wing training feature.

8. Event Photography & Video

Krosly, or a photographer or videographer working on our behalf, may photograph or film attendees during Krosly events. By attending, you consent to being photographed and/or filmed and grant Krosly a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, edit, and publish that photography and video, including your image, likeness, and voice, on our website, social media accounts, and other marketing materials, without compensation or further notice to you.

9. Assumption of Risk

Krosly events involve in-person interaction with strangers at a physical venue, which may include the service of alcohol by the venue. By attending, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of attending a public social event and agree that Krosly is not responsible for the conduct of other attendees, third-party venues, or vendors.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Krosly and its owners, employees, and Wings shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or attendance at an event.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or event access at any time for violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
